Our Story

Since 2005, we’ve been providing insight, strategy and implementation to public agencies, Fortune 500 companies and other corporate leaders in a variety of industries. Clients seek our unique expertise in navigating complex issues, translating them into simple messages, and following through with meaningful action. Over the past two decades, Jason’s success in strategic counsel and outreach around complex energy, environmental and land use issues has won him praise as one of California’s leading communications strategists. His expertise includes advising C-suite executives, fostering public dialogue, establishing coalitions, and garnering consensus. When he’s not working, he spends time with his family or running trails in the East Bay hills.

Jennifer Hayes

Jenny specializes in community outreach, stakeholder engagement and project management for large-scale statewide initiatives. Having worked at the agency for more than a decade, she has guided major developers, utilities and municipalities in rolling out and successfully managing some of their most complex programs. When she’s not working, Jenny can be found chasing her toddler or kicking back on the couch planning her next big adventure.

Ed’s expertise lies in helping clients develop and launch large-scale communications program, for both internal and external audiences. He helps to mitigate reputational risk, navigate complex regulatory issues, and communicate difficult topics in simple terms. In his off-hours, he spends time with his wife, son, dog and cats, and takes his road bike out for a spin.

Devin Hasset

Senior Project Manager

Over the last 20 years, Devin has managed complex development and environmental projects requiring active community, stakeholder, regulatory and media outreach. He regularly coordinates hands-on coalition-building and grassroots support. Out of the office, he can be found on the yoga mat or swimming laps in the pool.

Stacy brings a unique skill set to Keadjian having both project management and graphic design expertise. She works with clients on high-profile communications efforts with a focus on stakeholder engagement and program execution. Away from the office, she can be found cheering on her favorite Bay Area sports teams.

Leah is the brain trust of Keadjian, managing day-to-day operations of the agency while providing project management support to some of our largest clients. When she’s not at her desk, she can be found indulging in a good bottle of wine.
